1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ted-Bot websites, services, and products ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use the Services. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

3. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Ted-Bot a non-exclusive, worldwide license to operate, distribute, and display that content as needed to provide the Services. You must not post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

4. Acceptable Use

Use the Services lawfully. Prohibited activities include hacking, distributing malware, attempting to reverse-engineer Services, or interfering with others' use. Violations may result in termination and legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

All site design, logos, text, images, and code not provided by users are the intellectual property of Ted-Bot or its licensors. You may not copy or republish our proprietary content without permission.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Where Services are provided for payment, you agree to pay fees as described at purchase. Refunds and cancellations are subject to specific product terms and our refund policy.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that the product or service will be delivered as described and that you accept our no-refund policy.

If you believe a genuine technical failure or billing error has occurred, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order details and we will investigate. Even in cases where a refund is considered, payment processor fees or third-party costs may be deducted. Replacements, credits, or service repairs may be offered instead of cash refunds.

For subscription services, canceling stops future recurring charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for charges already billed.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ted-Bot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ted-Bot's liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to direct damages up to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months, or £100 if you have not paid. Ted-Bot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ted-Bot from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may close your account via the account settings or by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (or your jurisdiction if specified). Disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Significant changes will be announced and posted with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
